Terms of Use:

• This is based on a Pay as You Go basis.

• Your purchase is based on 1 x 24 hours/day x 31 days/month usage. The amount you are paying is estimated to be the maximum usage needed for one named user. Should your usage be deemed significantly over and above this maximum allocation usage, your services will be paused. 

• Each purchase is for one named user for access to one PeopleSoft PUM Image via HTTP. This user will be a clone of the VP1 or PS profile.

• Your initial purchase is for 31 days usage. Unless you advise otherwise, this will be a monthly recurring fee.

• Cobol runtime or compiler is not included in this image.

• Environment configuration beyond the vanilla installation is not included in the base setup.

• ElasticSearch is not included in the base setup.

• Services are in New Zealand Dollars and are subject to Foreign Exchange rate changes. You are purchasing a product that includes maintenance which ensures your image starts cleanly after an outage and maximises system up time. Additional maintenance is available on demand as your needs arise, and will be charged in addition. Please contact Zettabit for a price estimate on this.

• When Oracle make the latest PUM image available to us, we in turn update our images ensuring you have access to the latest image. This update generally takes a couple of hours, but we always do it after hours to minimise the impact to you. This update will incur a one off Environment Setup fee.

• On a monthly basis our friends at Oracle update the infrastructure around the PeopleSoft images. During this time the Zettabit PUM images will be unavailable. We will notify you (via email) before the maintenance events. Generally, we have found that Oracle run these monthly updates on a Saturday (NZ time).

• Our PeopleSoft PUM Images run on Port 8000 (HTTP). Depending on where you access this image from, you may have to ask your Network specialist to allow traffic on this port. Please advise if you require a specific port.

• Once payment has been received you will be sent your logon details to your email address entered when you signed up to become a member of the Zettabit site. 

• Your use of this Software is subject to all agreements such as Oracle's license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply. In the event that Software is provided on or through the Oracle's website and is not licensed for your use through License Terms specific to the Software, you may use the Software subject to the following: (a) the Software may be used solely for your personal, informational, noncommercial purposes; (b) the Software may not be modified or altered in any way; and (c) the Software may not be redistributed.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zettabit Ltd, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' or lawyers' fees and costs, due to or arising out of Content that you Share, your violation of these Terms of Use or any additional rules, guidelines or terms of use posted for a specific area of Oracle's website or Content provided on or through Oracle's website, or your violation or infringement of any third party rights, including intellectual property rights.

• By purchasing any of the Goods or Services you agree to these Terms of Use and understand the extend of the Goods and Services offered.
